4 hr minimum caused a problem for me, and i didnt like the transportation fee, but i really liked the sitters.

Babysitting agency that provides quality, pre-screened babysitters. There is a 4 hour minimum and a transportation fee, but hourly rate is pretty reasonable and the sitters I have used have been great. They are good to book a person a couple times a month for your date night, MOMS Day Out, or if you have a part-time business and need occasional coverage.
