Great, knowledgeable staff- the only complaint is recommending nursing bras that are way too big as you're leaving the hospital. My recommendation is to buy something cheap at the very beginning, and go back after a few weeks when you're down to a size that will stay for a while.

Always patient and understanding. They often let me stay in the lactation suite to pump when my daughter was still in the NICU and I was already discharged. I bought some Medela nursing bras from them too (not the cheapest place to get them, but it sure was convenient!)

So knowledgable and helpful. Also, great fitters for nursing bras AFTER you have the baby. Best kept secret in Washington!

I found their new mother lactation class to be a complete waste of time. It was tought by some 70s hippy who gave no practical advice

Friendly and exceptionally caring lactation consultants. I felt like I got lots of individual attention and help when I delivered my baby and started breastfeeding at the hospital. They really work with you to resolve any unique issues you might have. When my baby's weight fell by almost 10% of birth weight and there was talk of supplementing, one consultant brainstormed with me on how to provide additional breastmilk to my baby. She even gave me free breastpump supplies!
