This agency is the most professional and organized business I have ever had the pleasure of working with. After my decision to become a professional nanny, I met with several local agencies. I was incredibly disappointed with all of them until I met Dara Green with Seaside Nannies Inc. From the moment I met her I was very impressed with her level of professionalism and enthusiasm. Unlike other nanny agencies, Dara goes above and beyond for her nannies and families. She ensures the safety and security of those she works with by requiring that all nannies are Trustlined BEFORE entering the homes of potential employers. She also meets with all families to make sure she knows exactly what they need and that their home environment is safe. Dara guarantees the perfect match for families and nannies and is dedicated to finding that perfect match. Dara has been a great and speedy help for us when we were searching for the right nanny. She helped to coordinate the available staff for interview in order for us to make our best decision on several different occasions. We feel extremely lucky to have found Dara and Seaside Nannies. After trying several other nanny search agencies with less than favorable results we searched the internet again and found the Seaside Nannies website. We called Dara and were immediately impressed by her knowledge, experience and comforting personality. Unlike other agencies where you feel like you are simply a number, Dara goes to great lengths to understand each families' unique needs and then matches those needs with perfect candidates. Dara actually came to our house to meet our family and to talk to us at length. After Dara's visit she immediately sent us four outstanding resumes. We interviewed all four candidates and found a perfect match. We love our new nanny and now consider her a part of our family. She has excellent credentials and is extremely reliable.
