As a former teacher and nanny, when I began my search to find a family in San Diego I was a bit overwhelmed at first. There was an overabundance of search engines and websites guaranteeing a "perfect fit." However once I found Seaside Nannies, I knew I wouldn't have to look anywhere else. The owner of Seaside Nannies, Dara Green, takes the time to get to know both the family and the nannies to ensure that a perfect fit is created. I've been working for my new family for over a year and it has been an incredible experience. I've been able to use my background in teaching to help the children with their education and I've been able to travel with them to Maine, Utah, Disneyland and more. I've made memories with the family that I'll never forget.

I am a highly experienced professional nanny who has lived in San Diego for almost 5 years now. In this time I have met with about 8 or 9 different nanny staffing agencies. Seaside Nannies is by far the best agency, which is why I have chosen to work exclusively with Dara. Upon meeting Dara I immediately liked her and knew I had finally met a superb agency to work with. Being a nanny herself, Dara has a unique perspective that the other nanny agencies just don't have. She understands completely not only what the families need in a childcare provider but also what we as nannies require for a happy full-filling job. Every agency meets with the nanny candidates, but Dara is the only one who actually takes the time to meet with every family in the comfort of their own home, thus ensuring a more solid personable experience. This agency is the only agency I will work with from now on. I was very impressed with the amount of time she took to interview me. Some other agencies claimed to require in-depth interviews however Dara was the only one who actually did. I was pleased with the time she took to get to know me and my abilites as a nanny. It's easy to tell that she honestly cares as much about finding the right family for a nanny as she does about finding the right nanny for the family. She was extremley supportive, encouraging, and helpful in my quest to find a new family. She found me a wonderful position with an amazing family. I am sincerley gratful for all her hard work.
