A great place for cheap photos - especially if you can use their coupons. I've been here every month for 2 years, and most of the staff (except for one) are not too talented at photographing babies, nor are they skilled in customer service. You get what you pay for in that regard, but if you just want a cheap professional shot, this is the place to go. Easy in and out.

I used a coupon, making it very reasonable. The photographer, Kenya, was relatively new to Sears, although she had photographed kids elsewhere before. She had some problems with glare on the backdrop, and wanting the baby to be on his tummy when he is at crawl-everywhere age, but I was surprised how good she was at getting my baby's attention toward the camera. Good raport with kids.

Very seldom busy. Janet works real well with the kids. She always strives for the best picture(s).
