Cheap but they were always running late so we would get our daughter ready, feed her and have her in a great picture mood only to arrive for our appt. wait and hour then have a fussy child that we had to convince to take pictures. Also hate the sale pitch.

When I took my 3 week old baby they were getting up set with me because I wanted to wait until she stoped crying before they took her pictures. They told me I should come back another time when I can control her crying. come one she was three weeks old!

Get your coupons ready. Best if you want a single pose.... makes it easy to choose.

I have not had good experiences here. They seem understaffed so the person photographing my toddler would stop and answer the main phone. The print quality was not good on one of my sheets and I never was able to get that resolved. I heard that they switched to digital and you get prints right away but the quality is not great. the only good thing about them is they have low prices.

You certainly get what you pay for. The prices are good for those that want semi-professional looking portraits at a high frequency.
