QuoteI may have just had a horrible experience but it was something I will never endure with them again. I was the last session of the day and the lady did not care about taking the photos. When we looked at them afterwards she kinda rushed me through the pictures so I did not get a chance to fully view what I purchased (mistake on my part). She talked me into the package that comes with the CD and when I got home I noticed 15 more pictures on the CD that she did not share with me when choosing me photos. Also I started to notice that in some pictures my son's arm or leg was cut out of the picture. She had him laying on a blanket in one picture and it looked like a girafee (which was on the blanket) was growing out of my son's head. I called the next day and asked to talk to a manager, to my surprise the person who took my pictures the night before WAS the manager. I told I was not happy and wanted a refund and to cancel my order. She said once she hits the send button you can not refund anything and that it was a computer error that made the other images not appear the night before. Long story short I had to call her manager and than the regional manager to get my money back. I got all my money but the 19.95 they charge for the CD.

QuoteI was fine with our experience there - not happy, not dissapointed, just fine....the photographer was very good with my shy toddler and made my baby smile, but the family shots weren't the best and we felt rushed at the end - and the wait for the pics seems long.
