I'm a very disatisfied with Sears. I made my appointment online the week prior to coming in. I received a call the night before around 8:15- 8:30 confirming my appointment (which is relatively late with small children). I confirm the appointment for the next day. When I arrived, the studio was not busy and the studio manger took care of us. It was with 2 children and 2 parents. After the pictures she explains that it would be cheaper if I purchase the pictures in 2 days, due to a sale. I explained that I was reluctant to do this, because I have experienced problems in the past without order right away. She ensured me that nothing would go wrong. I arrived on Thurs and she was working. We sat down and were not able to find my pics. She called several people, she looked on the computer. I continued to sit here for 45min - 1 hour. She never recovered them. She asked if I would leave. She would continue to look and work with IT. She again ensured me that she would call me back the same day. She did not!!! I returned to the store on Sunday, and spoke with a man. He had no idea of the situation but again said he or have her call me on Monday, because they work together. Again, no call from 2 of Sears portrait employees. I called on Thursday the following week and with the manager was working. She apologized for not ever returning my calls and took responsibility for her employees not call me too. She said they were still looking for my pictures, which I do not believe, and was very sorry that this has happened again. She again said she would give me a free print and call her to reschedule the session. This is a horrible accident that they have made and I believe a free print does not have any justice to my inconvenience.
