THE PICTURES WERE NICE BUT AMY WAS RUDE AND TRIED TO RIP ME OFF AND BASICALLY CALLED ME CHEAP FOR TRYING TO USE A COUPON AT "HER" STUDIO

QuoteWe did a large family sitting. the pictures were grainy and the color was off. they never asked my FIL to take his glasses off and he didn't even theink of it until the pics came back and it was all reflection on the glasses. they offered to re-do one of the photos, but some family members live in WA.

QuoteThe bottom line right off is I got good deals for the money. You really can't beat the prices for these family treasures. Even in this digital age of self service, I prefer bringing my family to Sears for the occasional special event. I was very pleased with how my son's 1st communion pics came out. I wasn't however pleased with how my daughter's recital pics came out. It all depends on who's taking the pics I think. But very affordable.
