QuoteI made an appointment ahead of time for my daughters 4month/Easter photo. When I arrived there was one staff member and 3 other customers waiting. Plus, the phone was ringing off the hook. The poor girl couldn't give us her attention. She kept leaving us in the camera room to take care of other things. I ended up leaving before we were done. She actually called me later to apologize. When I went back to see the pictures they were extraordinary. They were a little expensive. You have to pay an extra $5 a sheet to get the black and white. They don't tell you that up front. I wasn't impressed with the exerience.

QuoteWe had a rough experience when we tried this for family photos in late 2006. We had to wait close to an hour after our scheduled appt. and then the photographer didn't seem to know how to interact with children and took a personal call on her cellphone during our session. They were also evasive about the pricing and portrait packages and ended up charging us twice as much as advertised.

QuoteI was skeptical, but they did a terrific job with my son's 3 month photos! Julie, the photographer, was wonderful with my son and we got some great pics. You cannot beat the prices--we ordered a bunch and spent around $100.
