Sears is a great place if you are looking to take pictures frequently, but I am not sure it is where I would go for very professional pictures.

I've got to say that for the price, they do the best work around. I "tested" four photography shops when my son was an infant, and I have taken my business to Sears ever since. I request the same person when I make the appointment. She's busy, but she really captures my son best. The pressure to upsell into stuff like photo collages and trophies with etched photos is pretty high, but believe me, I can resist!

Rietha and staff make any visit to this studio a pleasant one. She is the best children's photographer, and has taught the rest of her people well. Bonus here is that the studios are closed off to the waiting area, so less distractions. Drawbacks are that there is often a very long wait, even with an appointment.

The overall quality of the pictures was very good. We were a little disappointed with the customer service. We had an appointment at 2:00 but were not seen until 2:30. That made a BIG difference with a 2 month old child.

Gotta say....really nice pictures! We didn't think that they would be so great because we had to wait long, the staff was frazzled, and the computer images were grainy....but my child had fun, it was fast, and sparkling pictures!
