My daughter had won a photo package from this Sears Portrait Studio. When we went to redeem her prize, the people seemed to be nice but only because they had to be. To a certain extent they seemed like they didn't even want to deal with her...maybe since we were getting the pictures for free?? They kept telling us, "make her do this/that." She was 2 and they got frustrated with the fact that she liked to touch and play with the little props they put around her. They also didn't want to listen to what our opinion was for the best background. We weren't that happy with the outcome but you really can't complain for free...we just won't go back there.

Good pictures, but they didn't honor the coupon that they sent that was valid. Also, you have to pay up front for pix but wait to pick them up. They lost mine and I didn't get them for over 2 months.
