the pictures were ok, but I don't think our photographer had any experience working with kids. It took over an hour to get 3 poses set up, and by that time the kids were done. The photographer didn't really listen to what I wanted when I was ordering either. I knew in about 10 minutes what I wanted, but she kept showing me the same things over and over again. I ordered one of their packages, which was more than I really wanted, but I wanted a specialty page. I told her specifically that I was getting that package for the black and white picture with just the baby's headband in color. When I picked up the pictures, that was missing. I found out that it hadn't been ordered because it was an extra $30

I enjoy taking my kids there because the staff is fun and lively and does not make it uncomfortable for my kids. They have a great choice of props/backgrounds, too.

I love to take my baby to Sears because of their quality in photos.
