QuoteI have always been told by my family go to sears to get appliances, and so we did. we bought a portable washer machine, in less then a year the buttons broke and they could not replace the part. they traded it out with us for a full size washer of equal price, so it went ok. But then we had to get a frigerator delivered. and I guess I should be blaming the delivering people but it was not good. there was not a lot of snow in our yard, and we had a snow storm the day before. well the delivery people would not deliver due to our driveway, they would not even take it off the truck so we could bring it in. the guy didn't even come all the way up to our door. needless to say we were P OFF. and to add to all that they said we could not get our frigerator for another week. Here is the thing if you need to deal with a delivery issue dont talk to the Head Quarters 1-800 number call the store in which the item is being shipped from. they have feelings, in fact the gave us a 50.00 gift card for all the issues we had.
