Appliance sales department very willing to help and work with you. Offer several options for payments and even will store appliances for you for 30 or 60 days if building a home! (Great if there's a sale!)

SEARS STORES STARTED HAVING THE ONE COUTER TO PAY AT AND IT WAS HARD TO GET ANY HELP IN THE BABY DEPARTMENT.WHEN I DID FINALLY GET SOMEONE THEY DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ANY OF THE PRODUCTS.
