The atmosphere, the classes, the workout -- all good. If you've never tried yoga before, they're very patient and will work with you.

I love the energy of this place. It is in a great space, they have great teachers, great class, etc. I would recommend checking it out!

The mommy and me classes as well as the regular classes are fantastic. They offer a lot of classes at different times and skill levels, which is great for a hectic schedule. The instructors are lovely, and they know what they're doing.

They offer great mommy 'n me yoga classes here. The studio is beautiful, and the instructors are knowledgeable.

They have a Mommy and ME class!!! I can go do yoga and my baby can play happily with other babies! It's fabulous!!!! Only wish i lived closer.
