I called them to inquire about the prices on their romina cribs, since I wanted to price compare with another store that I had quotes for already. Who doesn't price compare??? Well I got this rude, ultra-paranoid lady on the line telling me that she wouldn't give their prices on the phone because I could be competition. She began asking me all sorts of questions like which store quoted me the prices I had and when all was said and done...she finally said "we won't give a price on the phone, but we will beat anyones price by a lot...oh and it depends on how many pieces you plan to buy...are you going to buy four pieces?" At that point I was so ticked off by her rude unprofessionalism that I simply hung up. I'd rather take my business anywhere else. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!

She did not explain the features of the crib, but was insistant about us purchasing certain brands because they were not made in China. She consistantly spoke about China's products and lack of quality, etc...I was turned off not only because I'm Asian, but simply because she was not listening to our needs and what we were looking for. She was not able to describe the features of the products - just simply poor sales sense. If shopping for baby furniture is this disappointing, especially for first time parents, this place really knew how to disappoint. Baby furniture shopping should be enjoyable and exciting - go to Behr's instead!

QuoteI wish I could give them 0 stars. They are rude and abrasive, and the product I ordered came late and didn't work! When I told them I wanted a refund they said they don't give refunds. I wish someone had warned me before I went there. I am not a violent person, but the way they treated me made me want to hit someone.

QuoteHad a bad experience - furniture came damaged and they still haven't gotten the replacment (>10 weeks). They have been very unprofessional on the phone (cursing and hanging up on me) when I call to try to get the situation resolved. Will be taking them to small claims court!
