My family and I love to go to the San Diego zoo. We see something different each visit and the animals seem really accessible to even the littlest of eyes. The best part? You get a great workout walking the hills!

We have the annual passes and we started going when we were pregnant to have a fun place to walk around. Now my husband takes my daughter for a few hours on a weekend or a Friday off and they have a great time. The pass lets us go to the Wild Animal Park, too, and they have a great Jungle Gym area.

awesome zoo for kids...My daughter can't get enough of the petting zoo! Be sure to consider getting a membership if you are a San Diego resident. Then you can just come for a few hours and be home for naptime!
The bus ride is a quick way to see the whole park.
