This is a great place to find a bargain if you have alot of patience. i don't recomend going to the Ross on market street with children, it is usually very busy and there are minimal cashiers. Its a great place to but reciving blankets and onsies for under $6.

Yucky store. I expected more, but the selection is pretty poor.

I'm a bargain-hunter by nature, and am willing to tolerate some inconveniences to save a few bucks. But I've discovered my breaking point at Ross. Everything is crammed onto the racks, nearly impossible to sort out, with little reason or rhyme: sizes mixed together, outfits whose components are separated or missing altogether. Merchandise is often torn or dirty.
