QuoteTwo of my friends came here w/ me for dinner w/ their two daughters. Usually the place is great w/ kids who can color directly on the tables...but we had a horrible experience where the drapes to the back room had been opeened per another customer request...the only problem was that the sun came shinning directly into the eyes of my friend's daughter. After asking the waitress to please close the blinds, she came back and informed us that the customers next to the window refused to allow her to close them, she apologized and left. WE then attempted to move the table on our own a few feet to the left, when this did not work, we asked to be moved. The waitress told us we could, pointed to another table and said, "take that one" and left it up to us to move all of our items. What a horrific time. The only saving grace was the fact that I wrote to the company regarding the waitress and her managers seemingly oblivious and unwillingness to help us, and received a formal apology and $40 in gift certificates. But makes me not want ot go to this specific location again.
