I have had two housekeepers / nannies from this agency. I live in River Oaks. I would expect that I wouldn't have to pay ANOTHER agency fee of $850 for another housekeeper through this agency. I will not use this agency again.

I tried 2 other agencies, but they wasted my time by sending me/having me interview candidates that didn'tmath my needs. I gave in and called River Oaks. They gave me several candidates that met my requirements. Would use them again and in fact am calling them today for temporary sitter while my nanny is out sick

The owner is rude and gruff. I decided not to use the agancy after a friend's nanny left without any notice. They used River Oaks and it took forever to get a return phone call when they tried to get a replacemtn nanny as they were told was part of the contract. They got a new nanny elsewhere, luckily.
