 This is a gorgeous little boutique that brightens up its block..colorful, quiet (except when my kids are there) and welcoming.

This is a great little shop that has cute clothing at a reasonable price. Red Beans and Rice opened in our neighborhood a year ago and we've been regulars ever since.

I love this place! The environment is constantly changing in terms of decor, but consistently warm, inviting and friendly. Parking is so easy! Carla, the owner, is genuinely interested in the community, incredibly customer-oriented, and LOVES working at the store. She must have kids, because she is highly engaging of and patient with my son, Seth, a two year that runs all over the store. I've made several great purchases of new and consignment clothing, in addition to a lamp and books, and several gifts. In fact, Seth loves his fire truck sweat shirt--I have a hard time getting it off the kid each time he wears it. Seth and I love catching up with other kids and parents during our visits, and thoroughly enjoyed the "Sing Along" function held at the store last fall. Looking forward to visiting Red Beans and Rice this weekend!

This shop provides excellent quality merchandise (clothes, toys,and layette) at fantastic prices! They have both new and consignment items and the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. In addition, they often have children's activities (music, story time, art classes, etc...) free of charge.
