My daughter likes the ribbon and curls, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. Coarse, verging on rude. Get some people skills, your place is not all that.

I made an appointment for my 3 boys to get hair cuts. The lady who sits in the back (the oriental lady) is very kind and listens to your needs. The hair cut she gave one of my boys was perfecr, but the other hair cuts were desasters. The other lady did not listen to us and kept telling me that she knows what is best for my kids. I left very unhappy. If you are planning to get a hair cut for your kids, walk in at your own risk!

We showed up when the place was still open (about 20 minutes before closing time, EXACTLY AT 5:40 PM. and they told us that they could not do more haircuts because they will close soon. They were rude and unconsiderate. They don't care about customers. I will never, EVER will go back to this place. They lost another customer, but I guess they will not care because i am just one more on the growing list of dissapointed people.Also, the toys that they used looked very dirty

The service was great for my daughter's first hair cut. She did not cry like I expected her to. So I was very happy. I have taken her back and she likes the little flowers they put in her hair.

I walked in with my excited 4 year old wanting a small trim and the fun flowers and ribbons they add on at the end. What I got was a short bob - cuts on my child's neck from the razor they used and then, to top it off - they said they weren't going to do the flowers because they were closed (the hairstylist actually started yelling at me over my child's head)- I will never go there again and neither should any self respecting parents. The owner has changed and this shop is anythign but child friendly.
