QuoteThis was my first ever yoga class and I was a little nervous but the instructor made me feel VERY comfortable. The beginning of the class was for mom and then when the babies started getting restless we involved them in the practice. It was very relaxing and nice to be around other moms. The instructor encouraged us to put our baby's needs first so nurse, soothe etc. I'll definitely go back!
