 The Pump Station is probably my favorite baby-related place in L.A. They have all the best gear and helpful salespeople who always offer to demonstrate items. I chose a sling here after being able to try on a bunch of different ones. Also got some great nursing bras and bathing supplies. The lactation consultants are wonderful, as well. If you're having a baby, you need to check out the Pump Station.

I cannot imagine getting started nursing without a prior trip to the Pump Station. They have a great selection of all the paraphenalia to help make nursing easier - nursing bras and tops, pumps, creams, pillows. They also have slings and carriers, diaper bags and tons of other stuff. But the best thing they have is advice and classes. I have learned so much there (even after having an older child with whom I had a great nursing relationship). I would recommend everyone take their slings and carriers workshop before buying one. I have found their prices to be reasonable, not at a premium, and think that I would not have saved money buying on-line once one adds the cost of shipping.

Corky is great. I made an appointment with her right away when I was having problems latching my daughter after the hospital. I was there 7 mins with Corky and my daughter was latched and she ate for 7 mins and feel asleep snoring. It was soooo cute and a great experience. Some of the office help is a little cold, but the experience level of this team is amazing.

Fabulous resource for all thing nursing related. The breastfeeding support group is wonderful, all staff are welcoming and helpful. While some of the products they sell are at a premium, I feel like it's worth giving them the business to support a lot of the free classes and love they give out to all new parents. Love this place.
