St. Joe's offers one of the best Mommy & Baby programs in the Valley. I attended the mommy & me classes for the 0-4 mos. set and then for a while for the 4-8 mos. set. (not as good or as well-attended). Basically, it all depends on who's teaching but overall you can't beat these classes anywhere. Well, worth getting out of the house for!

Intensive childbirth, breastfeeding and Mommy Wise classes were all great! I will be going every week with my baby to Mommy Wise.

Great selection of classes. Equipment was old (i.e. dolls in CPR class). Nice staff.

Great place. Very informative staff, willing to help you with anything..before and after you have your baby!

I think the hospital does a great job of providing a variety of resources and information for parents to be.
