Mia's class is wonderful! Great amount of work out and meditation for so little time. the class is great, and the people there are very nice! I just loved it!

I started Mia's class when I was 8 weeks pregnant and enjoyed it until the end. It helped with my breathing and made my pregnancy enjoyable knowing I had her class to look forward to. It was a great way for me to stay fit throughout my pregnancy and was exciting to see the whole class grow as time went on. LB

Mia's class is fantastic. Just the right amount for me of work out and meditation. I also love the way she explains how certain postures will help with labor.

The class was good but I had hoped to work a little more. Lots of arm work, which I didn't expect. A good vibe in the class but a little more movement would be nice.

Mia teaches an amazing prenatal class, on the body and soul level. I did it four years ago, when pregnant with my daughter, and also with this baby who is due any day! Wonderful experience.
