QuoteI went to this studio for my two pregnancies and I loved it. The instructor is so caring and she knows every movement that will make you feel better without overworking. Also the post-natal classes were great for breastfeeding support and those movements that will help you gain your pre-pregnancy shape.

QuoteThis studio is small but intimate and very relaxing. The instructor is great, she knows what kinds of excercises pregnant women need to stay strong and to keep away the muscle aches and problems (like sciatica, which I had) that come with pregnancy. Also, the women who go there share their birth stories and support each other a lot. I really loved it.
