QuoteInitially we went w/ this practice b/c we lived in Manhattan at the time our baby was born and Premier has both offices in the city and in Bklyn, Park Slope our soon to be new 'hood at the time. I was unsure about Price, our main pediatrican at first but we have all (including my son) come to like him and respect him so much. He has a dry sense of humor and very sacaastic at times, he's quick witted and is very straight forward so I was a bit put off at first. But as we came to know him and he us, I think we built a nice raport with one another. He's fast though so you have to hang on to his every word but boy is he smart and his philophies are right on target with ours. WE feel confident and secure and assured whenever we have to take our son in for a sick or well visit. I know this is a review of the practice not just the doc but he deserves mentioning. The practice itself is pretty good as well. No major complaints. Nothing like what I hear about at several others in the area. THey're pretty quick, the waiting room is not as bad as many others I've heard about. They usually don't keep you waiting very long, even for sick visits and most of the staff is pleasant w/ an occasional attitude here or there but generally not with us. I think it's also in how you treat them there. They've usually been pretty good and accomodating with us thus far. We did have one sticky situation but I think Price came through in teh end as usual. We had a not so assuring experience w/ Dr. Weinberger (sp?) as nice as he seems. He just didn't approach the whole thing well. Our son was very sick w/ an extremely high fever and we felt his approach was not the most assuring or helpful. So that was scary and the other docs are fine but not our favorites. Sarnoff is very nice, somtimes very quick now though but his opinion was very different than ours and Price's once when Jack was also very sick and we were out of town. Raskis is I'm sure a fine doctor but a little bit on the cooler side, not the friendliest or warmest. As long as for the most part we're with Price, we're pretty happy. A few moms in mom's group just switched over to them so after all the complaints I heard from many other offices in the Slope, we're definitely happy to be sticking with Premiere!

QuoteFour doctors in the practice, you can see any of them. Dr. Price can be intense but he's also very down to earth, answers all questions (even the 'why' ones), and has a sense of humor. Dr. Sarnoff is very quick to get back to you and is very reassuring.

QuoteWe really appreciate Dr. Price's professionalism and his opinions. But we also appreciate his openness to discuss any questions we might have. And his staff is quick to get back to us if we have a problem.
