I highly recommend these classes. I cannot say enough ahout how much I enjoy taking them. Stated a year ago and love it. Very informative, supportive environment and enjoyable. You won't need to call your pediatrician very often anymore. All I can say is, try it--you'll see! Christy is a great teacher and has given Denver a much needed resource.

We did just one class and started mid-way through the session. There are toys for the kids to play with while the parents chat. Each week has specific topics to cover but any concerns or issues that are currently being faced by a family are discussed in the very informal, open discussions. This is a great way to meet other parents of children the same age and realize you are not alone in your feelings -- both good and bad that come with being a parent.

I'm originally from the midwest where they offer Early Childhood Education Classes from birth to school-age. Positive Parenting is modeled after this concept and offers great classes for all your parenting needs. They do offer a few FREE classes you can try out.
