We saw both Drs. Bowe and Spector and decided this office wasn't the right fit for us. Dr. Bowe wasn't interactive enough for us, though he did listen to and respond to our questions. Dr. Spector turned us off completely by answering two personal cell phone calls during our son's 1 month well-baby visit. We've moved to another office we like much better.

Dr. Zorn is extremely knowledgeable and is patient with us as we go through all of our questions. She is not extremely supportive of doing anything but the standard protocol with vaccines and also with raising a vegetarian baby. These are both things we are willing to work with her on though. Their nurses are very helpful and return calls promptly.

We've gotten great care from Dr. Zorn and the Polyclinic. We're able to get in to see a doctor when it's urgent. Nurses return calls to give advice on issues. Dr. Zorn spends time with us, answering our questions and giving the kids very thorough care. Other doctors in the office have been great as well. Their billing system has been frustrating at times, but that's fairly normal for doctors/insurance companies.

High rating due to the doctors and level of care. Administratively, hard to get in at times, long holds, and nurse callbacks can take hours. BUT, once you get in, the care is wonderful. Docs are great and very personable. I have twins and they are good about giving each equal time and attention, and give us 2 appointments rather than squeezing both into 1. Exam rooms are small and entire office is too cramped in my view.

Our kids loves Dr. Schuette and she's been very helpful. She spends time answering all our questions and has been creative about addressing some issues. She does tend to order a lot of tests for our preemie twins, as many MDs do, but has not resisted when I declined a couple.
