QuoteOur expierence was worse then our daughters first shots! We waited over an hour for our session to start. Our appointment was for 11am, it was close to 1pm when we started to take pictures. The women who took our pictures was getting angry with us, because our daughter was getting cranky. She was very rude and unprofessional. The background white paper was absolutely disgusting- we were told that you wouldn't see the dirt stains in the pictures. We had to wait another half hour to see the pictures, which clearly showed every inch of dirt on the background paper. We walked out of there with a very angry toddler and no pictures. Never again! This particular location is not worth a free portrait.

The pictures were not well done, the photographer rushed and most of the pictures weren't centered-- meaning my child's arm was partially cut off, or half of the picture was blank space. Props are awful and they don't take time to find the best pose for your child. They seem more interested in selling packages. Okay if you just need a quick photo, but not for a nice keepsake portrait.
