QuoteI brought my DS here for photos because of a coupon I had. It was crowded and dirty (lots of crumbs on the ground and dirt on the white backdrop) but the girl got my son to smile and the photo was just ok. I ended up choosing 5 different shots and it came out to almost $100! It was so much more than JCPenneys, where we had gone to before. If I wanted to pay $100 I would have hired a real professional and not a mall studio.

QuoteAfter 2 years of suffering through using Picture People I finally found a better alternative. PP has the WORST customer service ever, the worst photographers, and the worst print quality. I got very tired of having to ask them to reprint photos 3 or 4 times because of specs of dust on the negatives that landed over my daughters face or were otherwise distracting. Their machines break down ALL the time, making you wait sometimes days for your "one hour" photos. Their photographers are minimum wage paid teenagers who have no training or skill in working with kids or cameras. The backdrops and blankets are always FILTHY, and I ended up bringing along my own every time because I was so disgusted by what they wanted to lay my infant on.

QuoteI brought my daughter there when she was about 14 months old. I was very disappointed in entire place. The photographer did not care if my child was smiling when the pictures were taken. They sat her on their dirty floor and I picked her back up and asked for a blanket. I also felt everything thing they did was very plain.

QuoteMy sister and I both took our babies here. Her's in the most photogenic baby ever. Neither of us had even one good picture to choose from. I took much better ones myself at home on a black sheet. Very bummed!
