They take good pictures but a lot of your success depends on who is taking the picture. We have had both good andbad experience.

Great props make adorable photos that are ready in no time. Prices are reasonable. Well worth the money to preserve those precious moments in your child's life.

I have had great success with other locations of Picture People, so I was excited when the Paradise Valley mall location opened. However, we found the quality to be very inconsistent and the staff seemed very inexperienced. They were not very patient with our little ones. In fact, many of the poses we spent a lot of time on didn't even come out - we got a vague explanation about something being wrong with the camera but no offer of compensation. I would have to have a really good coupon before I would go back here again.

Hardly any props, long wait time and VERY expensive. Not to mention they didn't offer my pictures on CD.
