I was in Petite Feet on Thursday and was just blown away with the service I received. The two women that were working at the store were very polite and helpful. There was a woman in front of me that had a problem with a shoe, the woman helping her exchanged the shoe for a new pair with no problem. My son was very difficult to try shoes on, and we tried about 6 pairs. Neither of the women gave me attitude, nor did they get frustrated with me or my son. I would highly recommend this store. Not only are the people that work there delightful to deal with but the selection of shoes is outstanding. Goodjob Petite Feet!

I am friends with the owner of this shop and told her about the reviews on this site. I just want to repeat a few of the things she said to me, in her own defense. The woman who tried to return the outfit, had been dealing with an employee, not the owner, who was just doing her job. They do not take back items that are ripped because no one wants to buy a "used" or "damaged" item. The owner called the manufacturer and they said they could not help her her out so instead the owner of Petite Feet took the loss on the item, and exchanged the ripped tagged item for this customer. I think its very rude of this woman to write a negative comment about this store when she got exactly what she wanted. And in reponse to the woman before about the owner and staff being rude, this is impossible. They are nothing but nice to everyone that comes in to the store, and I highly doubt that they ever talked badly about other customers on the show room floor. I may be biased because she is my friend but I know that she is a good person, the people she has working there are good people and as fas I know she is running a very successful business! So stop in and shop at her adorable store.

I bought an outfit for my baby and it did not fit. They would not exchange the outfit because the price was taken off of the tag and they are saying that it is not in original packaging. Their clothes are not in packages but with tags. I was not trying to get my money back but a bigger size and they won't even do that.

I just bought two pairs of shoes for my son for the fall. They have great help with fitting and are REALLY good with kids. When I asked the owner if I needed to buy shoes for my NONwalking 9m old, she said no! I love an honest shopkeeper! She told me to wait until he was walking.

I've bought many things in this store and vow each time not to go back. The owner and staff are always rude (they talked about a customer in front of me after she left!). Fortunatly for them, their merchandise is worth the abuse.
