Friendly, knowledgeable staff with lots of patience and reassurance not only for kids, but for their sometimes frazzled parents. Separate line for the triage nurse so you can leave a message -- she gets back to you within an hour. They have a website (teamed with pediatric web) which allows parents to see information about the practice as well as a list of commmon symptoms, potential causes, and when the child should be seen. The after hours answering service is friendly and prompt. You'll first talk to the on-duty triage nurse who then pages the doctor if necessary. Very highly recommended practice.

Great, friendly pediatrician, my children actually love to go to the DR! I've been taking my kids there for years, and have never had much of a wait!
