QuoteI've been going to this group since I was a child and now take my own children there. I love the Dr.'s - they are great with the kids, informative to the parents, calm and efficient in manner. The nurses are sweet and helpful as well. They have all taken wonderful care of my children, and can always see them when they are sick. My only complaint is the attitude of the reception staff; I have never once received a smile, and more than once I have been treated curtly or dismissed gruffly. That really is the last thing I need when I am bringing in my sick children(and by that time usually sick myself). This is a childrens setting- I believe everyone who works there should try to have a postive demeanor, especially the first people you see when you walk in! If I didnt love the Dr.s so much I wouldnt be putting up w/ that nonsense! ;)

QuoteCouldn't be better! Their staff is wonderful and extremely helpful and knowledgable. They are well know Dr.'s with great reputations. Almost everyone I know goes to Ped Services and I have yet to hear major complaints. They don't make you feel stupid for bringing your child for any reason, they always say, better to be safe then sorry. They believe that Mom really does know when something is wrong and really listen to our input. Highly recommended... office decor could have a bit updating but that really doesn't matter.
