I joined this practice because Dr Landau looked after my twins when they were in the ICU. She was recommended by Mount Sinai, so I decided to select her as my doctor for my twins. I liked her very much, but eventually she was never in the office. The other doctors in the office seem fine. However, the girls at the front desk do not know what they are doing. Very disorganized, I would receive bills in the mail, that were already paid for & it's always difficult to get through to them via phone. Also, not enough room for strollers. I'm thinking of changing practices.Again, the doctors are fine, but the lack of organization is a big turn off.

I have been very happy with this practice for both of my children. They are responsive with phone calls, the daily walk-in hours are fantastic and their bedside manner is quite good. The nurses are also great.

LOVE Dr. Roure- he is so gentle, patient and sweet with my baby- I feel comfortable each time I am there and he answers all my questions-
Always get a room quickly
Also- the practice is quick to answer calls during weekends
Olga is helpful, friendly informative- LOVE Antonia she is welcoming, kind, smart, and a pleasure to be around!!!
