I've been very pleased with the staff at this practice. Reception and nursing staff have been truly wonderful. In fact, their nursing staff have saved me SO much money in just co-pays alone by being so helpful with over the phone assistance and things to try to soothe my kids when they're sick. I love that they're always available when you need them. During off hours, the doctors call back within 15 minutes, after 20 minutes, the answering service calls back to make sure the doctor has called, if not, they page the dr again. On occasion there have been long waits, but what dr's office doesn't have waits from time to time?

Terrible Dr office, never keep scheduled appointments. You’re lucky to be seen within 1/2 hour of your time. The dr's always have an excuse. Just awful. We will not be returning. They left my husband and two youngest children ages 6 months and 2 years waiting over an hour in the room. After an hour, my husband re-dressed our infant and decided he was going to leave. On his way out, he ran into our Dr. our Dr asked where he was going. My husband explained that our children are too young to be waiting that long, my daughter waited over an hour with only a blanket and diaper on. The dr made the excuse that he was with an 18 year old patient that suffered from seizures, stds and does illegal narcotics and when he comes in he spends “extra” time with him. I do believe this is illegal for a dr to share this information with someone other than the patient. It is so unprofessional to leave a family waiting over an hour with no one giving an update, asking if we need to reschedule – like we are not important and have nothing better to do with our time. This place is appalling.

dr. bouzarelos is friendly, warm, and is a good listener. the office staff is very friendly and i usually don't have to wait more than 15 minutes. always able to get my daughter in at the last minute.

Great Practice. Very Responsive to any questions. All Dr's are very knowledgeable.

Patient visit hours on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Fantastic doctors. Visits with the SAME pediatrician every time! Separate waiting areas for sick and well patients. Strong focus on wellness and preventative medicine.
