When I was pregnant I researched Dr's and chose this practice. When my son was 9 weeks old I had a terrible accident and calls to the office to find out what type of formula my family should feed the baby while I was in surgery were not returned. Then when my mother and husband took to baby in for his appointment the Dr was not very helpful as far as advice while I was in the hospital. Multiple times I was given a hard time about getting a receipt for our copay. When my husband called to complain about one of the Dr's and the rudeness at the front desk the response was to fire us as patients (just a few days before my sons 4 month appointment).

The three doctors at Pediatric are group are fabulous. Both of my children see them & love them. Each of the doctors have a specific area that they excel in, but do well with all ages. They are friendly and quick to call back if you have a question. Appointments for a sick child are easy to make.

Though we do have a primary in the practice, we have met all 3 docs at one time or another and all are great. I could never say enough positive things about the practice. Getting an appointment with the doc you want to see is not a problem. Time spent in the waiting room is minimal. The staff are extremely helpful from making appointments, to getting referrals, to dealing with insurance. The medical assistants are pleasant. The docs are great and are very holistic with their approach, especially during well visits. I have heard nothing but praise for the docs and their office staff from everyone who has dealt with them.
