Pediatric associates lied to us about our child getting medical care. I would pull your child out of pediatric associates care ASAP, they are not fit, based on false statements they made to our family. The manager Scott, gave us wrong information, that delayed medical care for our daughter. I am taking them to court, for false statements, and I have already filed a complaint with Attorney Generals office.

Dr. Scheibel is great with our kids. And even if I bring them back in the next day for a mommy scare he doesn't make you feel bad. Thankfully we have not had any emergencies. The kids love the fish tank in the lobby. They usually can get you in same day if you have a real concern about something. Dr. Scheibel always takes time to answer your questions.

Kirkland's Pediatics Associates is a great group of doctors. We've used them for non-urgent and urgent care. We've not met anyone that we were unhappy with. Our son fell and cut his head open, they stitched him up in the office. We've called in the middle of the night for advice and they responded in moments. Dr Parish is our children's primary doctor and she's wonderful. She's full of wisdom and humor. She's written a parenting book and always has a good peice of advise to share.

Pediatric Associates is great. We visit the Totem Lake location and have always had a good experience. I highly recommend Dr. Howsen. She's very informative and supportive and takes the time to listen to you. I appreciate it as a first time mom!

Dr. Wu is very nice, caring and personable especially with day-to-day type questions and concerns. I ended up changing doctors because she seemed to get defensive when I asked questions about her recommendations. I also didn't feel like she tried to get to know my parenting style prior to giving parenting (non-medical) advice.
