The wait is ridiculous. Brought my step son in for their first after hours appointment and still had to wait 1 1/2 hours and we were the first patients in the office. The only good thing is they are open 365. They will lose your chart and you will have to wait longer for them to find it, meanwhile everyone else is seen before you. This has happened several times.

My experience is that the money is first and care is secondary. The waiting room is always filled with sick patients and waiting an hour or more is the standard. I thought the care of my children was shoddy and quick and the staff is rude and disorganized. I suggest you find another physician as we did. Children deserve better care than Pediatric Associates gives!

This is a wonderful practice. They are open evenings, weekends, holidays... you name it. You can do well visits on weekends so you don't miss work and the kids don't miss school. The doctors really care about my kids - they remember them, ask them questions about what they are doing, really take time with them. The doctors are good and they take parental concerns seriously.
The one downside is the long waits, especially later in the day. But as this is because they give each child as much time as s/he needs, instead of just the "regulation 10 minutes" you get from some doctors, I can't complain too much

love that i can bring my kids in the day they are sick with no appointment. be prepared to wait a while if you want a specific doctor but all of them are great!

the office hours are 8 to 8 7 days a week, the staff is always helpful and the doctors answer within a hour on Christmas day!
