I don't know what everyone means about waiting, I've been taking my daughter here for 4 years and have never had to wait for a few minutes past my actual appointment time. I like that they have the 'healthy' kids waiting room and the 'sick' kids waiting room. We see Dr. Glassman who came highly recommended and deserves that good reputation. He's always been very concerned and caring not only about my daughter's health but about mine as well, and always has good advice for us. We've also seen Dr. Abramyan who was so sweet to my daughter when she was sick, I wanted to take him home:) We saw Dr. Kwan when my daughter had a fever once and she really made me feel like I did the right thing bringing her in (you know some doctors act like you should not be bothering them with a little fever). Overall this is a great office with caring staff, I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else for pediatric care.

Since the most recent posts here, the Pediatric Associates offices have been largely remodeled, and apparently there's more work underway. This has all happened since Dr. Feldman retired (coincidence?). Anyway, much more pleasant atmosphere now. There is often a wait, though we've been lucky on most of our visits. Dr. Kleiner is always extremely patient and thorough, and answers all questions and concerns without ever making us feel rushed, which I imagine explains why there's often a wait. Personally, I'm glad to have her full attention. She is very caring and personable, and makes you feel taken care of without being overly dramatic about things (the last thing a new parent needs). Dr. Finnerman is fine (though I think she's getting a kick-back from Pedialyte ; )), and Dr. Kwan has been great as well, but Kleiner is definitely the best for us.

They don't care about making kids wait! And the doctors (except for Dr. Kleiner who is great) are all very quick. The office staff is RUDE. They misprounounce my kid's name every time. They make you an appointment and then make you wait an hour. The place is dingy. It's just not a good experience

We have been seeing Dr. Kleiner at Pediatric Associates since our daughter was born (now 7 months). Dr. Kleiner is a phenomenal doctor. She goes above and beyond what is expected. She is patient, kind, and a great listener. I had breastfeeding issues and she was a great help during those very emotional first few weeks. She writes everything down so you can reference it at home in case you forget something important. She helped me create a schedule based on my baby's needs. I cannot say enough to compliment her excellent and professional work. Although the office environment is not as fancy as some other offices and the support staff is at times curt, the practice makes up for it in service. We also have seen Dr. Abramayan (the newest doctor) on occasion and he too is great.
