My daughter and I adore the doctors at this practice and Nurse Kimberley!
Over the years, I have had very few complaints (and I *am* a complainer), and they have always promptly and effectively addressed my concerns. I have been very impressed with the efficiency of their office staff and the friendliness of almost everyone in the office--administrative and medical staff.
A few years ago, a very rude woman was a part of their admin staff, but she has since left. Thank goodness.
The only complaint I have is that my child's doctors keep leaving the practice. First, Dr. Angela Chia (wonderful) left. We tried to follow her to her new practice, but I'll save THAT experience for another review. LOL. Next, Dr. Winston Ho was my child's doctor. He was awesome, too. AND he also left the practice. Now we see Dr. Farmer. The common link the entire time has been Kimberley, a most awesome nurse who my child adores. My child requests to go to the doctor just to see Kimberley.
They have a playground-type waiting room where children may climb stairs, descend a slide, and monkey around.
They do not have a sick waiting room, which I do not like, but the positive elements of the office outweigh this concern for me.
Our wait time is usually small or none.
The view in the new building is great. It will captivate your child and distract them from most doctor's office discomforts.

Just an update...Payne Pediatrics has now moved to 6400 Fannin SUite 2020. Same phone number. great new office.
Dr. Norris Payne is so thoughtful and caring and spends as much time as you need. They are all willing to answer as many questions as you need, and they respect your decisions for your children. LOVE THEM!

They are the most thorough and caring group of doctors that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They are personable and make me and my son feel welcome and liked every time that we have to go in. They can get you in on short notice, and I have only had to wait a maximum of 10 minutes to be seen. AND, they call you back within minutes when you have questions...even in the middle of the night.

As a pharmaceutical rep I call on Peds all the time. This is one of the few offices that I've always been seen on time. That staff is great and the office always looks good
