Totally worth the money--but it is expensive ($250 for the series of sessions). It was great to have a place to go with a little baby where your fears and worries could be assuaged, where you could make new friends and enjoy yummy snacks (for a nursing mom that was a big plus!).

Joining PACE was one of the best things I did after the birth of my first child. I made such good friends and learned so much.

This is a great program for new moms who don't have the benefit of a network of other new moms in their lives. Main benefit is that it connects you to other women, with whom you'll often keep in touch more than a year later (I have).

Every new mom should do PACE - you learn so much in a relaxed setting and make friends for life. What a great resource for new mothers!
