It's great to get out with other moms while working out and not have to worry about childcare. While I was pregnant with my first baby I gained over 80 lbs and after working out with One Fit Mama for 6 months I was 5 lbs lighter than pre-pregnancy. It helped me get rid of the baby blues too. Added bonus: there's sometimes special speakers after classes on mom/child topics. The one year membership is a great deal and Tricia often gives coupons for 10 or 15% off class packages. Our family loves it!

The workouts are fabulous, but the opportunity to meet new moms, form playdates, and get out of the house, makes this activity worth every penny!
It is a wonderful activity to share with my child, which makes me happy. Plus, it helped me get back to my pre-pregnancy size within 6 months.

One Fit Mama is a very innovative and wonderful program; that affords moms an opportunity to participate in an effective workout program without the burdens of worrying about childcare. Your mind is free to actually focus on the workout and execute the moves correctly, making it worth your while to workout!!!

One Fit Mama classes rock! They are so conveniently scheduled and located. I started going when my son was just 8 weeks old, it's been the perfect start to this new mother's day! The classes have definitely helped whip my body back into pre-preggo shape. When we're ready for #2 I know One Fit Mama will be the perfect class for my growing belly and strolling son!

I started going when I was pregnant and now go with my baby. It's a great way to meet other mothers, get in shape, and get outside with your baby. The instructors are good and knowledgable and the atmosphere is relaxed and fun.
