Likes: the class locations span throughout Montgomery County. And each location has something different to offer. The staff/ instructors are great and work in various different fitness levels into the workouts so you are sure to work off that baby weight. I have been attending the classes since Feb. and really have found the class a key motivator to get me up and going with my infant. You really have an opportunity to learn so much from other mothers and the networking really takes yoyur mind off the fact that you are exercising! I have discovered so many mothers that are in my area that I never would have met otherwise!

Love the program, Tricia the owner is great at what she does and her staff are so nice and know what they are doing! Great way for new moms to meet other fun moms!

There just isn't a better way to stay fit as a new mom! Lose your baby weight, bond with other new moms, plus, keep your kids entertained and on the road to a healthy lifestyle!
