 I always shopped at Once upon a child location Shakopee, and very pleased with them. I decided to go to the burnsville location one day. To my surprise these two stores were like apples and oranges. The service and store layout is far worse than the Shakopee store. It was so cluttered i didn't even wanna shop, just left. I don't know if it's management problem or what, but this store needs to clean house!

The store is crowded and the clothes are WAY over-priced. They have no rhyme or reason as to what clothes they will accept from you and they don't give you enough money for your clothes. They do however, have a good selection.

There were tons of clothes and furniture and it was really organized or clean. I brought clothes in to exchange but they don't take seperates and the other things they said they already have too much of (boys 0-9month clothes). Some of the girls working there were talking to each other more than taking care of the customers.

They have a good amount of clothes but alot of it was a little to worn for the price they wanted to charge. Clothes were not very organized.

They have tons of clothes but to me if I am buying something used even if it is brand name I want it at garage sale prices. This is not the case here.
