QuoteThis store is a joke. We brought in a practically brand new bassinet, nothing at all wrong with it, the reason we were selling it was we got 2. The staff said that it was ripped. I had to point out that it wasn't a rip it was where a seem came together and they didn't clip off the extra thread. They also said that our clothes that we were bringing in were too worn..again new clothes they were for a girl...I have a boy so I washed them once wow can one was wear clothes so badly??

I think that $10 is a lot to pay for a used pair of jeans when I can go to one of these stores and still get a pair of brand name and brand new for around the same price. I personally think that these stores are rip offs. As far as selling to them you have to catch them on a good day or no matter if you bring in all brand new clothes with tags they still tell you that your stuff is junk. I am really big with both of my kids on name brand and up to date stuff and all of my clothes are like new condition when they get done with them and when I go there and they tell me that my clothes are worn and have stains I GET REALLY MAD because I know better. Half of the stuff on there shelves are extra worn but when they see nice stuff they say it's junk. I would rather sell on ebay I get more money and people don't tell me that my clothes are junk, they come back with great reviews on how nice the items were. I don't like these stores at all!!
