Don't waste your time on the "Wealth Management Strategies for Parents" class. The instructor did a very basic review of 529 college-savings plans and then talked about her recommendations for life insurance minimums. She did not really provide any new information and did a poor job of answering specific questions. She asked what other topics the class would like to cover and several participants requested that we discuss estate planning, which she then ignored.

My husband and I just took this class. I feel more confident that I would know what to do in an emergency. The teacher was great and enthusiastic. She did not make the class boring at all! I would recommend this class to all new parents or grandparents.

My husband and I signed up for Baby 101 which includes: Pediatric care, Your newborn, Great Expectations (labor/delivery), Infant CPR, and breast feeding. We were both the youngest children and didn't do much babysitting and these classes helped build up our vocabulary and confidence about what we'll be experiencing as new parents.
